Charleston’s newly created Board of Architectural Review – Large, for projects larger than 10,000 square feet, was expected to hear The Beach Co.’s latest plan for the Sergeant Jasper site Wednesday night. But the city postponed the hearing, without seeking input from the developer, according to attorney Alice Paylor, who spoke to the board on behalf of the company.
