Study investigates durvalumab plus tremelimumab in NSCLC

Researchers assessed durvalumab plus tremelimumab in patients with advanced squamous or non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Immunotherapy-naive patients aged 18 years or older with confirmed locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC were enrolled. Researchers gave patients durvalumab in doses of 3 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, 15 mg/kg, or 20 mg/kg every 4 weeks, or 10 mg/kg every 2 weeks, and tremelimumab in doses of 1 mg/kg, 3 mg/kg, or 10 mg/kg every 4 weeks for six doses then every 12 weeks for three doses.
