Ga. Pharmacy Association welcomes Walgreens as charter GPhA Corporate Partner

The Georgia Pharmacy Association (GPhA) has signed Walgreens on as a charter GPhA Corporate Partner. The association noted that it is one of the only entities in the state that speaks for the entire scope of pharmacy practice. “We have high credibility with legislators and are the one group they’ll always want to hear from before taking a vote on pharmacy-related regulation,” said GPhA CEO Scott Brunner. “With Walgreens as a corporate partner, our voice is louder and more effective. It’s definitely a win for both organization—and all of Georgia pharmacy,” Brunner said.
