Virginia-based Kettler Inc. and New York-based The Stillman Group have purchased Jamison Park Apartments on Greenridge Road in North Charleston from Middle Street Partners. In November, Kettler and Stillman purchased Paces Watch Apartments in Mount Pleasant and Waverly Place Apartments in North Charleston for $58.55 million.
