Charlotte-based Park Sterling Bank is relocating its downtown Charleston office to Mount Pleasant to avoid “almost insufferable” traffic and parking issues, group senior vice president Emory Ware said. The bank is expected to leave its main branch location on East Bay Street and move into a 10,000-square-foot, three-story building at 741 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in April.
