The Beach Co.’s latest proposal for the redevelopment of the Sergeant Jasper site off Broad Street included making St. Mary’s Field, which fronts Lockwood Boulevard and Broad Street, into a 2.2-acre public park. Three recent meetings ended with no resolution, so the company plans to reopen the Sergeant Jasper Apartments and continue the appeals process.
