The S.C. Angel Network, along with the Palmetto Angel Fund, invested a record $3.3 million in 15 companies in 2015. Ten of the companies were in South Carolina. The network capped the year with an initial investment in Atlas Organics, a Spartanburg organic food recycler, and a follow-on investment in Kiyatec, a Greenville cancer diagnostics company.
